Let cool slightly on the baking sheet before cutting into 8 pieces.
To make Lemon Og Strain, dissolve 1 teaspoon of liquid sugar in 1/6 cup of boiling water.
Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes, then strain with a wire whisk.
Allow to cool and cool completely.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
