This summer is coming to an end, and we’re celebrating with a batch of lemon cream, which we think will please your sweet tooth and keep you going.
It’s a good idea to stock up on a supply of lemon juice as it’s a must-have for the whole summer.
The only thing you’ll need is lemon juice, a can of whipped cream, lemon, lemonade and a splash of sugar.
Ingredients 1 lemon, cut into small wedges 2 tbsp milk 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 cup whipping cream 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/3 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp lemon juice Instructions Combine the milk, lemon juice and lemonade in a saucepan.
Bring to the boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool completely before serving.
To make the whipped cream and sugar, whisk the cream until creamy.
To the cream, add the sugar, lemon and lemon juice.
Beat until smooth.
Garnish with a splash or two of lemonade.

In a bowl, mix together the lemon juice with the cream.
Add the lemonade, whip cream, powdered sugar and lemon.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add a splash (or a tablespoon) of lemon.
Garnishes: lemon wedge, lemon slice, lemon chiffons cake.
