Ingredients: 1 cup frozen lemons 1/2 cup frozen strawberries 1/4 cup frozen raspberries 1/3 cup frozen cranberries 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/8 cup sugar Directions: Combine frozen lemon, strawberries, cranberries, and lemon juice in a large bowl and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.
Place bowl of ice water in freezer for at least 30 minutes or until mixture is frozen.
To make the lemon soup: Add lemon juice, sugar, lemon zest, and salt to a large pot and simmer over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture thickens slightly.
Stir in lemon zests and cook for a few minutes until mixture thickes.
To serve: Pour lemon soup over chicken and add remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for at the next time.
