This is my third time making lemon browny cookies and crust.
This time, I made lemon brownied cookies and they were just delicious!
I made them for my family and friends and they came out moist and tender and super fluffy.
I was so excited to make them for myself because I like cookies that are crunchy and tender.
The crust has the perfect texture to bake with the lemon browned butter and lemon filling.
These cookies are just so simple to make.
They can be baked in a muffin tin or even a cookie pan, and they taste so good.
The recipe calls for 12 cups of flour, but I made the dough and crust in the freezer.
I then cut the dough into 12 equal pieces and then cut each piece into 12 triangles.
Then I cut each triangle into 2 circles and then each triangle in 2 triangles and then all of the triangles in 3 circles.
Then each triangle was cut into 4 pieces and placed on a sheet of parchment paper.
After that I used my fingers to carefully cut the triangles into the desired shape.
The cookies then had a smooth, buttery crust that I couldn’t help but lick my lips.
They are super crunchy with the perfect brown butter filling and the lemon filling added so they are crunchier and sweeter than regular brownies.
I served the cookies with a cup of homemade maple syrup and I loved it!
